1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering a student account, purchasing a course or bundle, or accessing any learning material on BTZ Academy (Brothers Trading Zone), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Educational Disclaimer & Financial Risk Warning
All courses, videos, chart examples, and materials provided by BTZ Academy are strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in our curriculum constitutes financial, investment, legal, or brokerage advice.
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of capital loss and is not suitable for every individual. Past market examples discussed in lessons do not guarantee future trading results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and risk management.
3. Account Registration & Single-User License
- Each student account is licensed to a single individual linked to one verified Bangladesh mobile number.
- Sharing login credentials, OTP codes, or concurrent session access with other individuals is strictly prohibited.
- BTZ Academy reserves the right to suspend or revoke course access without refund if account sharing or unauthorized redistribution is detected.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All recorded video lessons, course structures, graphics, and training materials are the intellectual property of BTZ Academy (Brothers Trading Zone). Screen recording, downloading, re-uploading, reselling, or distributing any course content in public or private groups is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
5. Payments, Pricing & Refund Policy
- Course and bundle fees are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- Online bKash payments activate course access automatically upon confirmed settlement. Manual bKash submissions are activated after verification of the submitted Transaction ID (TrxID).
- Because digital video courses grant immediate access to proprietary educational content upon enrollment, all completed course purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been provisioned.
